Can my return Hoppa journey have a different number of passengers?
If you need to book a transfer for a different number of passengers one way you’ll need to make two separate Hoppa bookings.
How can I pay for my Hoppa?
You pay for your Hoppa at the time of booking, and payments are made via Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and PayPal.
Can Hoppa drop me off at a bus station or train station?
Hoppa’s streamlined shuttle service is only available between airports and hotels.
