What happens if my eDreams flights get cancelled?
If your flight has been cancelled, you may be offered an alternative flight, or in some cases, you’ll get a full refund. If the cancellation has been caused by a critical financial situation, no alternative flight or immediate refund is offered.

All travel and accommodation confirmations will be emailed to you by the supplier directly. It is your responsibility to keep it safe and secure before you travel.
Returning Items to eDreams
The chance to cancel or change a travel product or service will depend on the terms and conditions of your Travel Supplier, which are usually according to the kind of fare chosen (i.e. low cost fares do not usually allow changes or cancellations). eDreams can assist you and manage your request with your Travel Supplier but this will incur a service fee of 50€ per person.
