If you return a product unused, with the original receipt within 90 days of purchase (or delivery where applicable) B&Q will exchange the product or issue a refund based on the original method of payment. You can return items directly to the store, or you can arrange a collection by calling B&Q on 0800 860 560 or emailing B&Q at home.delivery@b-and-q.ie.

You can return unopened B&Q paint tins for an exchange or refund up to 135 days after the purchase date.
