Converse Delivery
Standard delivery takes 3-4 working days and costs 7.50 €, or is free for orders above 65 €. If you’re after express shipping, it takes 1-3 working days and costs 15 €. Just note that remote locations may take a bit longer.
Converse Returns
If you’re unhappy with your Converse purchase, you’re eligible for a refund using the 30 day free return policy. Just pack the products in the original box if possible and attach the returns label that came with your order. You can arrange your pick up using the instructions on the Converse website - you should receive your refund within 14 days.
