More about Dunnes

Dunnes Stores has a history stretching back to the 1944 unveiling of its first store in Cork. Its opening was certainly a memorable one — the bargains on offer were so popular that a window was forced in and police had to be called to deal with the crowds! The retailer’s popularity only increased and today there are 114 stores across the country as well as many more in the UK. Still in the same family as it was in the 40s, Dunnes retains a commitment to leading Irish designers as well as its in house labels. Food-wise, it still brings in the freshest and best value produce from suppliers homegrown and abroad.

Its womenswear has an unrivalled selection of partywear, office clothing and casual styles and you’ll find its Savida and Carolyn Donnelly brands amongst many other favourites. Blokes will find plenty of outfits and styles covered with the likes of Paul Galvin and Costelloe on the shelves. Whatever you need and however you want to get it, this leading Irish retailer has something for you!
