FAQs from New Balance
Can I get free delivery from New Balance Ireland?
Yes. Standard delivery is free on orders over €100 on the New Balance website, and that's after any discounts or promo codes have been applied to your basket. Orders below that threshold are charged at the standard delivery rate of €5.
What is New Balance's returns policy?
New Balance offers free returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn. Once your return reaches the warehouse, your refund is processed within approximately 10 working days and credited back to your original payment method, where it should appear within a further 5 working days.
Does New Balance do a student discount in Ireland?
Yes, verified students in Ireland can get 10% off full-price items on the New Balance website through UNiDAYS. You'll need to verify your student status through the UNiDAYS network first, after which the discount is applied at checkout.
Can I use the New Balance student discount more than once?
The UNiDAYS student discount is linked to your verified student account, so it's available to use on eligible purchases while your student status remains active. Check the UNiDAYS terms for any per-order or frequency limits that may apply.
Will I get a discount if I sign up for the New Balance newsletter?
Signing up for the New Balance newsletter or creating a free membership account gives you access to member-only promotions and early access to new product launches. There's no guaranteed fixed percentage off just for signing up, but members are first to hear about sales and exclusive offers.
Is there a welcome discount code for new customers at New Balance Ireland?
New Balance doesn't currently advertise a standard welcome discount for first-time customers. That said, checking vouchercloud for any active new balance voucher code before your first order is always a good move, as codes and promotions do come and go.
Where can I find the best New Balance deals in Ireland?
The Outlet section on the New Balance website is the most reliable place for ongoing markdowns, with clearance prices reach up to 40% off. For any active new balance promo code or limited-time sale, vouchercloud keeps the best current offers in one place.
Can I pay in instalments at New Balance Ireland?
Yes. New Balance Ireland accepts Klarna at checkout, which lets you split your order into interest-free instalments or choose a pay-later option. The total cost of your order stays the same, you're just choosing when to pay.
How do I know which size to order from New Balance?
New Balance provides sizing guidance on its website to help you choose the right fit. If you're unsure, the Customer Care team is available by phone (1800 817351, Mon–Fri 08:00–19:00, Sat 08:00–12:00) or via the contact form on the Customer Care page. Free returns within 30 days also take the risk out of ordering.
Is there an NHS discount at New Balance Ireland?
There's no NHS discount available on the New Balance Ireland website. For healthcare workers looking to save, the Outlet section, with clearance prices up to 40% off, and any current new balance deals on vouchercloud are the best places to look.
Smart Ways to Save at New Balance Ireland

How to Apply Your New Balance Promo Code at Checkout
Applying a New Balance discount code takes less than a minute once you know where to look. Here's how to do it:
-
Add your chosen items to your bag on the New Balance website and head to checkout.
-
At the payment step, look for the field labelled 'voucher code' or 'promo code' and enter your code exactly as given, with no extra spaces.
-
Click apply and check that the order total updates before you confirm payment.
-
If the code doesn't apply, check the minimum spend requirement: orders must meet the basket total threshold after any existing discounts. Also confirm the code is valid for the items in your bag, as some codes exclude sale or outlet lines.
-
Only one code can be applied per order, so choose the one that gives you the biggest saving.
Save Up to 40% Off in the New Balance Outlet
The Outlet section on the New Balance website is where the most significant markdowns live. Clearance rates reach up to 40% off across footwear and apparel for men, women, and kids, making it the strongest saving available on the site without needing a code.
When to Check Back
Outlet stock moves quickly, so the range shifts regularly. It's worth checking back often, particularly if you're after a specific style or size. New styles tend to filter into the Outlet at the start of each month and after major seasonal changeovers, so those are good moments to browse. The prices shown are already reduced, so you're seeing the real cost upfront, with no need to calculate anything at checkout.
Head straight to the Outlet section on the New Balance website to see what's currently discounted.
10% Off Full-Price Items with the UNiDAYS Student Discount
Verified students in Ireland can claim 10% off full-price items on the New Balance website through the UNiDAYS network. That's a meaningful saving on new-season styles and performance gear that wouldn't otherwise be discounted.
What You Need to Know Before You Apply
A few things worth knowing:
-
The discount applies to full-price items, not outlet or sale lines
-
You need to verify your student status through UNiDAYS to access it
-
Once verified, the discount is applied at checkout
If you're a student and haven't checked this yet, verifying through UNiDAYS before your next New Balance order is well worth a few minutes of your time.
Free Standard Delivery on Orders Over €100
Standard delivery on the New Balance website is free when your basket total reaches €100 after discounts and promo codes have been applied. That's a saving of €5 on every qualifying order, and worth factoring in when you're close to the threshold.
Returns are equally straightforward: New Balance offers free returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn. Once your return reaches the warehouse, refunds are processed within approximately 10 working days and credited back to your original payment method, with the amount appearing within a further 5 working days.
If you're building a basket that's just under €100, it's worth checking whether adding another item brings you over the free delivery threshold, since sometimes that's better value than paying the delivery charge separately.
Member-Only Perks and Early Access to New Launches
Signing up for the New Balance newsletter or creating a free membership account gives you access to member-only promotions and early access to new product launches before they go on general sale. There's no cost to join, just a straightforward sign-up on the New Balance website.
This is particularly useful if you're after limited releases or seasonal collections, where getting in early can make the difference between securing your size and missing out entirely.
Registering for a free account on the New Balance website before your next browse means you won't miss a members-only promotion when one goes live.
Spread the Cost with Klarna at Checkout
New Balance Ireland accepts Klarna at checkout, giving you the option to split your order into interest-free instalments or pay later. This doesn't reduce the price of your order, but it does give you more control over when the money leaves your account, which is useful if you're buying higher-value items like running shoes or a full kit.
Klarna's interest-free terms mean you pay exactly what the item costs, just across a schedule that suits you better.
If you're planning a larger purchase, selecting Klarna at the payment step is a simple way to manage the outlay without any added cost.
