Created by John Desmond and Ellmary Fenton, this unique cookery school welcomes aspiring chefs of all abilities. With a wealth of experience at notable establishments, such as the Ritz in Paris, Island Cottage’s welcoming and friendly hosts will get you confidently producing delicious dishes such as confit de gesier, soufflés and risottos.
Two day courses are their specialty, with accommodation included, although other course durations are available. This unique and beautiful setting of Heir Island is a truly original short break, for those that are passionate about cooking and want to explore their skills. A private dinner service and restaurant are also on site here at Island Cottage. It is necessary to book in advance to experience this cosy dining experience.
