How do I contact a Wimdu host with further questions about a property?
Use the Wimdu messaging system to send the host a message. The host ‘Contact’ button is under their profile picture on the right of the listing page. Click on the ‘Contact' button to ask your question. You can do this before placing a booking.
Where can I find my Wimdu VAT invoice?
You can find your VAT invoice by going to the dashboard of your User Account and click on ‘Profile settings’, followed by Click on ‘Invoices’.
Why can I not see the exact address of the Wimdu property?
An approximate location of the property is put on the map of the area, limited to the street name. The exact details are hidden to protect the privacy of the host.
