What does Energia advise I do if I smell gas at home?
If you’re worried there’s a leak, ensure all gas appliances are switched off, don't smoke or use a naked flame, don't switch anything electrical on, open windows and doors to let the gas disperse. Then check your appliances to see if the gas has been left on without being ignited.

You’ll receive a registration letter within a few days of signing up, confirming your details and the plan you’ve chosen. Next, you’ll get a Energia Welcome Pack, containing your new Energia Account Number and helpful information about your service. This will arrive within two weeks of sign up.
If you wish to terminate your energy contract, you must inform Customer Services, and honour your last bill. You will also be asked to take a final meter reading at the close of your contract.
